Buying a car today isn't what it used to be. Shoppers are researching more online and making less frequent trips to the dealership - sometimes they don't even go at all. Other times they pop in to the local shopping centre for a test drive after catching a film. Others prefer to order their test drives online and have the vehicle delivered to the door.
